Key Responsibilities:

• Product Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality accessories that align with current fashion trends and customer preferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.
• Range Development: Collaborate with the merchandising team to create a balanced product range that maximizes sales potential while adhering to budget constraints.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to analyze customer buying patterns, forecast trends, and assess competitor offerings. Utilize insights to inform purchasing decisions.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales data to evaluate the performance of accessory ranges. Make recommendations for adjustments based on analysis to optimize inventory levels.
