We are currently looking for a CRM Manager to join a leading beauty brand in London, dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a skilled CRM Manager to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to boost customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Campaign Management: Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty programs) and optimise based on performance.
  • Customer Segmentation: Use data to create targeted segments and personalise communications.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Customer Journey: Optimise the customer journey for enhanced engagement and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in CRM management, ideally in beauty or retail.
  • Strong analytical skills and CRM software proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
