On behalf of an established London based fashion brand, we are seeking an experienced Head of E-Commerce to join their fast growing team.

The Head of E-commerce will play a crucial role in developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing the website, leading digital marketing efforts, and enhancing customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in e-commerce, a passion for fashion, and a proven track record of driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. E-commerce Strategy:
    • Develop and implement strategies to boost online revenue and market share.
  2. Website Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce website, ensuring optimal functionality and security.
  3. Digital Marketing:
    • Lead and manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
    • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts.
  4. Customer Experience:
    • Enhance the online shopping experience with UX/UI best practices and personalised customer service.
    • Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
