We’re seeking a results-driven Marketplace Manager to lead our clients marketplace platform and shape the future of their e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our online marketplace, (Tik Tok and E-bay ) .
- Identifying new opportunities and optimizing seller performance to maximize sales potential.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor marketplace performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance conversion rates, average order value, and overall customer experience.
- Curate and manage the product assortment within the marketplace, staying abreast of market trends and customer preferences to ensure a diverse and compelling product offering.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and advertising strategies to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement within the marketplace.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, marketplace tools, and analytics software.
- Strategic mindset with a proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
